<p><strong>Events organized by the local Fair Trade Group and some supermarkets:</strong></p>
<p>28 February &#8211; “Fair Trade Goes Floral” at Waitrose (Churchill Way West<br />
Salisbury).<br />
29 February – Fair Trade Lunch, Salisbury Arts Centre (off Bedwyn Street) from 12.00 to 2.00 pm.</p>
<blockquote><p> The main dish that day will be taken from Sarah Stancliffe’s new book, “A Book of Simple Feasts.   Cooking for a crowd through the Christian Year” and she will be present to sign copies of her book.<span>  </span>The recipes focus on inexpensive, plentiful ingredients in season, Fair Trade foods and locally sourced produce.</p></blockquote>
<p>5 March – Farmers Market will also have some additional stalls of a Fair Trade or ethical nature.</p>
